 If you need to cancel an appointment, please provide 24 hours notice to avoid any late fees.  In the instance of a true emergency or inclement weather, same day cancellations may be excused.

Cancellation Fees:     24-8 hours prior -                          25% of total service cost after 2

                                            8-2 hours prior -                             50% of total service cost

                                        Less than 2 hours or no show -    100% of total service cost

Card on file is automatically charged if cancellation fee occurs. 

Gift Certificates or Vouchers may be used in place of payment and can be used in the case of no show appointment if you make note of it on your appointment.  **Please note, all Gift Certificates expire two years from date of purchase. 

Arriving late to your appointment can result in lessened service time or cancelled appointment.
