covid - 19 procedures and Policies

All clients must fill out a Covid-19 form prior to all appointments.  Covid forms can be filled out via our website under the Forms tab the day of or upon arrival on our provided tablet. 

New Clients now have the option to fill out their client consultation forms online under the Forms tab.

We ask that you wear a mask to your appointment.  For facial and spray tan appointments, you may remove your mask once your service begins.  

Our providers will be wearing protective gear including face masks, face shields and gloves. 

If you are sick, we ask that you please reschedule your appointment.  No charge will occur for sick cancellations with notifications up to the morning of your appointment.  

Please stay in your car until you receive a text from your provider.  This ensures limited exposure to others, reduces number of people in the spa at once and gives us proper time to clean and disinfect between each person. 

Only those being serviced are permitted to enter the spa unless the client is a minor or requires caregiver assistance. 

We ask that all clients please wash your hands or use provider hand sanitizer located next to the door upon entering. 

We have temporarily discontinued use of our Infrared Sauna and Spa Parties.  

Facials will no long include the use of steam during this time as it can harbor bacteria.  We will provide extra hot towels during your facial sessions. 

All linens are changed between clients, disposable implements are used whenever possible, surfaces are disinfected with hospital grade disinfectants after each client, non-disposable implements are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each use.
